Our real asset business has evolved from our long term relationships with major institutional investors. These investors have, over the past decade or so, expressed a growing appetite for cash generative assets to more-effectively match their long term liability profiles. This has, in turn, led us to focus on assets such as infrastructure, utilities, power, renewables and timberlands.

We employ our extensive experience and detailed knowledge of investors’ appetites to provide advice to fund managers and companies regarding financing of projects and other commercial activities.

In addition we provide advice regarding acquisition and divestiture of specific assets. We are focused particularly in the development and construction stage of projects where developers and operators are actively looking to optimise their portfolios according to their strategic and financial requirements.
